Data We Store
Ophanix stores only the personal data you directly provide to us: name, email address, and optionally company name and project description. This data is collected through the contact form on this website.
How to Request Deletion
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject: "Data Deletion Request". Include the name and email address you used to contact us. No justification is required.
Deletion Process
We will confirm receipt of your request within 72 business hours. Deletion of your data will be completed within a maximum of 30 calendar days, at which point you will receive a confirmation email.
Exceptions
We may retain certain data for the minimum period required by Colombian law (e.g., billing records). In such cases, we will inform you of what data is retained, for how long, and for what legal reason.
